The academic feminists despise KJK for her perceived links to the far right of British politics.

Her accusations against Islam and its less than progressive ideology towards women are ignored but her attendance at a rally or protest where Tommy Robinson is speaking is enough for the academic luvvies to tar her with the fascist brush.

I’ve asked them in social forums to debate the issues with her if they feel that strongly but the answer is the same ‘she won’t debate!’ My answer to that is…’have you asked her?’

Silence………………..🤫

You covered it well in the opening paragraphs. The Islamic religion in this country has now got itself in a position where it is treated differently from other religions thanks to weakness of our institutions and the Labour government. Even on a higher plain. And thanks to the ‘rules’ have I now got to be careful what I type? Or I’m up on a charge too? This is a truly awful state of affairs, one which I cannot have imagined not so many years ago. I don’t understand why we are so timid, especially the MSM. We’ve rolled over and let it happen. Labour has been infected by the woke virus, or it cares only for power. Surely this is a million miles from the party you joined Paul? I despise this party now. The direction travel has been wrong for 20 years now. It ain’t coming back. I am a realist. The Labour I knew from growing up has gone for good. What is left of it needs voting out for good. Perhaps you and the few left who care about ordinary people can pick up the pieces if this happens and lead it in a better direction.

Superb post Paul. You’re on a roll as my Strava keeps telling me 😊

Do the people whose populations descend from slaves really think they are worse off because of their ancestry? I'd argue the opposite. Whilst of course the treatment of their ancestors was appalling and them being taken was awful but as descendants that never suffered those horrors those in the Carribean are significantly better off than the African countries they were taken from. Just compare their GDP per capita, even when adjusted for PPP. Britain has been paying money to these countries ever since the end of the empire. They've been blessed with concepts of democracy, common law, administrative systems. They are vast majority black countries so cannot claim to suffer racism. What on earth are we meant to be paying them reparations for?? They haven't suffered at our hands. It's such utter nonsense.

I suspect Burnham is just testing the waters by saying no, maybe, yes to various things at the moment. I think he's doing his own polling to see how the electorate reacts, in order to gauge when to have an election. He's avoided all the difficult topics like welfare and how we're going to pay for even more low-wage low-skill immigrants plus illegals, how we're going to service our debt and more.

Hi Paul 👋

Love the multi piece format 👍

There is a saying "to find out who rules you , you must first find out who you are not allowed to criticise " ( or something like that ).

On Slavery, I never owned a plantation, niether did my ancestors.

We do not hold the current citizens of Germany responsible for the horrors of the Nazi regime under Hitler and that was only last century.

I saw on twitter a few weeks ago that a man was arrested for sharing a meme saying "people who eat bacon have a less chance of marrying a 9 year old " ( factually true yet obviously the "professionally offended " went after him ) .

What an absolute pleasure this piece was Paul , I can tell your confidence has been boosted by your "hypothetical pillow fight " victory over the weekend 😉

And Paul , you and your fellow firefighters stay safe this firework month ( and if you come across a drunk driver , its cool if the jaws of life slip 😉 ) 👍

Have a lovely ( if cold ) week Paul and other readers 😃

I agree with every point you make on this multi-commentary format. I don’t agree with your socialist politics but culturally we could be twin brothers. I’ve thought for some time that left and right are increasingly irrelevant and what’s happening today is better defined by the battle for saving our culture.

Not being allowed to critique Islam is absurd and frankly sinister. My entire essence is patriotic but the whole of my being is overcome with disgust and revulsion, at the state that my country has got itself into! Nausea.
