Lynne is rare in that she refuses to cave to pressure of any sort : her principles have not faltered and her sense of right and wrong give her a moral clarity that too few seem to possess these days. Courage like Lynne's (and JK Rowling's) are all the more impressive because they don't scream and shout, they don't use abusive language, they don't falsify facts to suit an agenda, they are not rude, they don't attempt to intimidate or threaten. They don't need to for one obvious reason: they simply tell the truth. Many of us feel we've fallen through Alice's looking glass as we try to survive in an inverse world that makes no sense. I would like to think Lynne will triumph and justice will be done... but justice seems to have abandoned the field.
Thanks very much, Paul. Another depressing example of officialdom fighting for fake rights. Rather like the Scottish Government giving a rapist a place in the only women's prison in Scotland. Or the Judean Liberation Front fighting for Stan/Loretta's inalienable right to have a baby....even though he/she does not have a womb.
Physical advantages, yes. But a woman loses her place in a team, a squad, a final and prize money because a man has taken it from her. It’s wrong on every level, not just physical.
Interesting article and I fully support the principle of making a stand against trans ideology nonsense. It makes zero sense and is very much NOT part of the general equality agenda which I fully support.
My only question here is whether men and women actually need to be separated in a competitive pub game like pool? Like darts or dominoes, It's not exactly energetic is it?

Men will usually have reach advantages at the table. And they will make more powerful breaks - crucial given the potential significance of the break in determining the rest of the frame.

Fair point, but do women have an advantage when they distract their male opponent when reaching/stretching across the table for a longshot?
