Hi Paul, I watch you on GBNews and enjoy your balance of views and open thoughts that both Labour and Conservatives should accept that they are not 100% right on everything, I say this as a Tory who believes that politics and society in general is in a dire state at the moment.
Political debate in Great Britain has been censored by the 'woke' Left, particularly on issues where the majority of people oppose their views. A good example is the 'trans' issue. I am a 62 year old Gay man. I very much doubt this would be the case if I were a child today and the radical 'trans' agenda (temporarily although, in my opinion, ineffectually halted) were to be allowed to prevail. I would probably have puberty blockers and then cross sex hormones administered, with a view to radical gender reassignment surgery. My future would include lifelong dependence on untested drugs, major health problems as a consequence and the inability to experience the sexual pleasure of an orgasm. I agree with JK Rowling, Andrew Doyle, Kellie-Jay Keen and many others that 'transwomen' are men, and that it is impossible to change sex. This is an opinion based on fact and science. It is about to be made illegal to express this opinion, even in the privacy of your home, in Scotland, and if convicted a 2 year jail sentence could follow. Scotland has stepped through the Looking Glass, and under a Labour government I fear England will follow.
